This is one holds a special place in my heart because of two reasons: it was the first time we had a Pride Issue –long time overdue!– and it was the last issue of Aire I worked on as Editor-in-Chief. We explored topics like inclusive language, LGBTQ+ destinations, and talked to designers who bend the rules of gender identity.
Aire Magazine – November 2021 Issue
Every year, we dedicated the November Issue to food, and it was one of our favorite times of the year. This particular issue was special for me because I got to travel to New York, along with César, our photo editor, to taste our way across some of the city’s classic and new restaurants, bakeries, and bars. We also featured a culinary tour across Puebla, talked to legendary chef Alice Waters, and explored the topic of food waste.
